    Garryvadden and a railing put around it. No cures are reported as having taken place. It is about 3 feet deep and 2 feet wide.
    St Peter's Well is situated in Mr Scallan's Field Ballyvaldon in parish of Blackwater
    People bring cattle to drink the water to cure diseases. It is said that long ago a woman was cured of sore hands by washing her hands nine times in the water
    In years gone by this well was nicely kept
    There is a holy well in Mrs Kehoe's Farm of Gurrawn, Blackwater. It is called St Thomas' Well.
    No visits are made to it now for cures, but people get water from it for drinking + household purposes. Tis always called St Thomas' Well.
    Tobar Muire Well is in the townsland of Kilnew in the parish of Blackwater.
