Ar an leathanach seo

In the month of August they are dug up with a shovel and used for food, which is very healthy especially for the young people.
    When the potatoes are dug they are chosen, which means putting the criocans in a separate pit for the farmyard animals and the big potatoes in another one for eating. They are left there until the month of October or February, when they are brought in to the haggard.
