    they take with them the man with the mark his eye. This man was a neighbour, and difficulty now was to go on the search without informing him of what Biddy had said. However they adopted some ruse and went unknown to him. And sure enough they found the grey horse grazing on the side of a hill. So they began to dig, and continued to do so until at last they came upon a large flat stone so big that it would take hundreds of men to lift it. So they gave up the work, and so ended the search.
