The old pishrogue that is carried out on the Bonfire night or the 23rd of June is that when the bonfire is quenched each person when they are going home brings a quenched coal with them and they throw it into their land asking that God might bless their land, their crops, their cattle and their house-hold for the coming year
There is a superstition that the old people regard, such as, if a person went in one door, they should come out the same door, because the old people say that it is not lucky to come in one door and to go out an other.(continues on next page)- Collector
