- Not very long ago, there lived a man in Kerry how had bought a large farm in which he used to set a lot of oats. After two or three years his farm was destroyed by rabbits and the crop they harmed most was his oats.
After a short time he got a plan to get rid of the rabbits, he began to set traps in the tracks before. He used to set the traps every evening at sunset and he had to visit them two or three times each night, so that he would take the rabbit's out of the traps and set them again.
