  1. Long ago the people had no industries or not people or no people to make their own stuffs so they tried to make themselves.
    Candles: They made moulds or shapes for making candles then they melted tallow into the moulds. They had a wick running through the centre. They left them there for a day or two until they were well hardened, then they were able to use them.
    They made another type of candle which was called the "Páidóg". A bit of calico twisted and dipped
