“There is a house in Stranooden...”
There is a house in Stranooden called Wylie's. People have seen lights at it. They can be seen every night. There was another house and lights were seen at it. It is called Riddells. - Informant

- Travelling folks still come round. They sometimes come in twos. Most of them come in ones. They bring tins, strainers, dishes and other tin things. There was a beggar man who cane round every year to the same house. He would steal the hens off the street. One year he came(continues on next page)
