Q. I picked up something good to eat.
It was neither fish, flesh, nor bone, and in a while it walked alone
A. An egg. Q. Yink! Yank! Under a bank. Ten drawing four.
A. Milking a cow. Q. What goes round the house and round the house,
and leaves a rag in every corner.
A. The sun. Q. I went into the wood and got it,
I sat down to look for it,
I went home with it,
because I could'nt find it what is it?
A. A thorn in my foot.
Q. Miday Noddy [?] round body,
three feet and a wooden hat?
A. A pot. Q. A hand-working father, a lazy old mother,
