  1. There is a new picture house in Milford.
    Joe Peoples of Milford built and owned the house about four years ago. The house is concrete building. It is roofed with zinc.
    The hall was used for dancing and concerts and badmington. Sometimes it was let to travelling companies for concerts and pictures.
    The hall was well equipped. On front there was a wide stage and behind this were cloak rooms and lavatories for ladies and gentlemen. It was well patronized and dancing classes were held there twice weekly and several concerts were given from time to
