rods are found and made them round like a hoop. Then they twist moss in and out and then fix flowers in the moss.
The boys make tops from wood. First they get a spool and pare one end of it down until it is cone shaped and then they point a small piece of stick and put it through the hold in the centre. Then they would spin it round.
Boortree guns are made as follows. First a piece of boor tree is got about half a foot long and make a hold in the centre of it. Then they get a rod called a ramrod. They put water into the fun and fire it at each other and at animals. They also put paper in it too.
