One time long ago there lived a doctor in Letterkenny called Moore and he had a cook called Bridget Gallagher from the Rosses and he thought a lot of her because she was a good cook only she was fond of a drop of whiskey. One day the doctor told her to kill two hens and to have them cooked at six oclock for there was a man coming to visit him and he would like to give him his dinner. The cook said "Alright"
