The land on the South and West is sandy, but on the North and East it is clay. The sandy soil is good for the potatoes and bulbs, and the clay is good for corn. There are two small streams which [?] flow in [?] through Kenure Park.
Kenure Park is well wooded. Along the Skerries Road for about a mile there is a large wood, and in the Western part of the Park there are large numbers of Spruce trees.
