  1. Measles. The old custom for the cure of measles is if you met a man driving a white horse and ask him for a cure he usually gives a cure of a small drop of whiskey and to remain in bed for a week.
    Sore throat. The cure for a sore throat is to put a little hot salt in a cloth and put it around your neck for a few days.
