    Spinning:
    The spinning woman or the women of the house, spun it, with a flax-wheel. which had a treadle which was worked with the foot. The thread is wound off the spindle into balls.
    Weaving.
    The next and the last step is done by the weaver. The weaver has the loom and with it, he weaves the thread into linen.
    Bleaching.
    The owners bleach it, before using it.
