  1. There are few forts in neighbouring town-lands and of these I have only heard of one. This fort has three rings which tells it was inhabited by nobles. The field which is occupied by the fort has never been tilled, nor never will, but it is used for cattle to graze upon. They say if any thing like this like this is done, bad luck will follow such as seeing strange spirits
