    A man was coming from Killarney one night about 12 o'clock.

    It is believed that it was a spirit the horse say as they were used to be out trying to do harm to people long ago.
    It was also believed that a spirit could not come near a person if they had either salt or some lighting thing in their possessions.While the man had the lighting coal in his hand the spirit could not attack him so he ruined the mans possesions.
