  1. One night a man slept in a grave-yard and about four oclock he woke and he heard foot-steps and he could see nothing for about fifteen minutes. Then he saw a goat and he got a terrible fright.
    Another night a man was going up Church Street and a big black dog ran out of the grave yard and there was big chains hanging out of him. Then about two days after the same man got a letter that his father was dead.
