    They had a very fine time until they heard the giant returning. The giant came along with a very big club and when he came to the door he stopped and began to sniff the air. Then says he "Fi Fo Fum, I smell the blood of and Irishman, I,ll have his bones for my stepping stones and his guts for my garters". "Be me soul you won't" says Jack and he up with the egg and hit the giant fair and straight between the two eyes with it and he laid him out.
