    morning came that Pat was to be released Pat wouldn't move and implored the keeper to keep him a while longer "for" says Pat "if I was at home I'd have to be working. Pat was one time brought to court for having animals wandering on the roads. He was fined sixpence. Pat was disgusted with the fine and says he "It isn't possible that is all you are going to charge me after bringing me in that journey", and he threw out a shilling and walked out and left them all staring at each other.
    Pat one time was a fidge himself, that was in the troubled times when there were no district courts held. The court was held in an old outhouse and the solicitors came there the first day. They all
