    big bonfire and when they had the bonfire made they threw a lad into it and they asked who'd keep him from roasting or scorching and one of them said "Who will only Jack Doyle" so Jack had to get down out of the tree to turn the fellow in the fire so begor the lad began to burn and when Jack seen the lad buning he took out to his heels to run so he escaped and got away home.
