- There was a woman long ago and they used to call her Sally. This day she was churning and she could not get any butter. She was two hours at it. After a while a beggar man came in and he took the churn. They said not to mind to take it because they said they were at it with the last two hours. So he asked her for a hatchet and a wedge. He drove the wedge into the gabhaléaoan of the house. As he was driving the wedge the woman that had the butter came screaming with the butter she had taken away from Sally. The woman that was coming had a big heavy strap round her waist.
