- 5 There is a light seen often in one of our fields. The local people call it the "will o' the wisp." It appears now and again and is seen for a few hours. One night there as a man visiting at our house and he had to go through the field where the light is seen. As he was about to leave for home the light appeared and the man was afraid to go home that night, so he waited until morning.
