Tom Healy from Drimbane made brooms of heath and he tied the brooms with a string to keep the heath together and sold the brooms to the people of the town. - William Ward from Caramore made basket for carring some clothes to the market.
Catherine Murray from Ballybane was spinning long ago with a big spinning wheel and he also was weaving but very few people weave in those late years.
