Then the milk is taken out of the churn and it is put in to a crock. Then the churn is cleaned and it is left out to dry.
- We have a dash churn at home and it is fourteen inches diameter at the top, and sixteen and a half inches at the bottom. It is twenty inches in height. A churning is made every four or five(continues on next page)
