- Long ago there was a fair held in Logboy. The Buyers came there and they bought the cattle from the people. The fair is not held there now. There was no such a thing long ago as a fair green. The cattle that the jobbers would buy they would mark them with raddle[?] to show that they were sold. The people paid two or three shillings for lucks money. The lucks money was paid to the person who buys the cattle.
