Paddy Cafferky Liveelock made baskets and creels and sold them at the market weekly. He got a very good pay for them. He was very old when he died.
Jimmy Griffin,, Culclare was a weaver. He made blankets, sheets, and many other things and sold them. Many of the people bought them from him.
Nancy Mullen, Culclare was a dressmaker and made all the clothes for the people round the place. She lived in a little house near the road alone. - There was once a man who caught a mermaid and he brought her home with him and kept her and they had two children and they were very handsome.
