As I went up the Holy Land

    46A)
As I went up the Holy Land
I met the Blessed Virgin Mary
Twelve mass books in her hand
    Twelve priests singing
    Twelve bells ringing
    Shut the gates of hell
    Open the gates of Heaven
And let all the poor suffering souls in.
Chapel door I enter in outside the door I hope to leave all my sins. I bend my knee to the holy altar I give up my soul to the Son and Father and Redeemer of all men to have me guilty of no more sin. The Blessed Lamb crowned with thorns give me the benefit of this day's mass
