    Thomas Quinn from Bofield was drowned in a lake on Mcgloin farm Attymass. He was only a young boy when he went out on the lake using a sheep trough as a boat, when it overturned and he was drowned. This happened about twenty - years ago.
    Marting Ginty was a native of Carracrum. He went out bathing on Whit Sunday. He sank immediately and was drowned. This happened about twenty-one years ago. There was a family of the Kellys in Chaffhill some years ago, and at the same time the fever was raging in the district. One off of the boys took the fever. One day
