- About 200 yards north of the Ballinahaglish grave-yard there stands a house in which my cousin John Foody is living. Beside this house there is a stable, which was used as a house about 96 years ago. The man who occupied it was Seán More. He was a very supple man. He could run as fast as a hare, and cut a nail made by a blacksmith with his teeth.
At dusk one evening a little cripple man went from a "fairy fort" to Seán's house. This "fort" is about 200 yards north of John Foody's house. Seán cut a bush in this "fort" a few days before the little man visited him.(continues on next page)- Collector
