useful for putting rabbits out of burrows. The milk he leaves after him without touching is good for curing the Chincough. The weasel is a very small brown animal. They are very plentiful around here. My mother told me he is an enchanted animal. When a person kills a weasel he makes a purse out of his skin and he will never be out of money. I dont know of any one around here having one, but John Mc Nulty had one a long time.
If a weasel crosses the road before you, when you are going a journey, you will be lucky.
