my village. There are two ruins of houses in my village. Pat Joyce lived in one of them some years ago. He sold out and went to California. My father now owns the land. An unmarried girl named Anne Caden lived in the other house. She died a few years ago and the place is now owned by Mrs. MacDermott the teacher in Letterbrick school. She had a new house built on it.
There are eight people over seventy years of age in my village. Their names are
    (a) Dan Mulhern
    (b) Mrs Catherine Coyne
    (c) Patrick Clarke
    (d) Mrs. P. Clarke
    (e) Charles Browne
    (f) Mrs. C Browne
    (g) Anthony O'Boyle
    (h) Mrs. Corrigan
