   When winged ants and mosquitoes are seen on the road, it forecasts wet weather.

   Rays from the sun is a sign of rain. A ring round the moon is a sign of rain. A great number of stars in the sky is a sign of frost. Black clouds towards the south-east brings rain. A rainbow in the morning brings showers during the day. When the swans come in from the sea a storm is expected. When the cat turns his back to the fire and the dog lies in the ashes, rain is expected. A large number of ants on the road, rain is expected.
