    Father covers them with straw, then he puts clay on top of the straw.
    The best crop of potatoes that grows in our farm are Kerr Pinks.
    Potatoes were often used as starch.
    This was made by rubbing the potatoes on a grater, then the potato was put into water, and the starch settled at the end in one hard lump.
