    Tom Clancy from Tallow stood up like a man
    And said he would free Douglas Pyne if he can
    So his evidence went to show how he would
    Lend a hand to old Ireland today if he could.
    John Boyle from Dungarvan gave good evidence too
    So the case for the Crown did quickly fall through
    Though Kelly and Keegan tried hard to convict
    They looked like boiled herrings when Pyne
