  2. Legend has it, that a great many years ago there was a cow that came out of the lake of Com Seagán. She strayed into a farmer close by the lake and stayed on with his cows. She was supposed to fill any vessel that was put under her at milking time. A woman thought she would get the best of the cow in getting a vessel she could not fill. So she got a sieve and milked.
