  2. There were four tailors in Lucan about 40 years ago. Their names were Murray, O'Reilory, Jeeves, Vickory. Yes sometimes they travelled from house to house. The Mill in Lucan wove cloth nearly every house in Lucan had a spinny wheel in front of the fire. Bright clothes at weddings, black clothes and a black scarf and hat band at funerals.
