    the flour, milk and breadsoda together. Then she gets a pan and heats it and puts a piece of lard into the pan. she then pours some of the dough into the pancake pan. When the pancake is half done, she tosses the pancakes up in the air and it lands up side down. This is done so that both sides of the pancake will be baked. The woman of the house then peels a lemon and squeezes the juice over the pancakes, and then puts sugar on them. Pancakes are usually eaten at evening time.
