    she removes the remaining fat and begins frying the pancakes. They dont take long to fry because they are so thin and when they are cooked she cuts the lemons in two and sprinkles the juice over the pancakes. When she has this done she sprinkles sugar over them and rolls them up. If there are any children they generally get one before the pancakes are put into the oven to be kept hot for the tea.
