Hidden Treasure
About fifty years ago a man named Mr Kennedy lived in Dalkey. He was a carpenter. One day he went to the castle on Dalkey Hill. He took up a floor-board saw a small box. He told nobody about it and took it home. He opened it and he took out a treasure chart. One it was written that treasure was hidden in at the back of Dalkey Island. The next day the next man rowed over to the island. He went to the cave started digging. After awhile he saw a chest. He took it up and painted on the lid were the words: Don't open this chest.
