- (continued from previous page)In the year 1933 a fierece snow storm broke out over the land. The snow fell one night and the following morning many inches of snow lay on the ground. At the back of walls and hedges and house lay big drifts of snow and it would be dangerous to fall into one.Recently the weather was very cold and windy, and wet. Some trees fell about the neighbourhood.Some years ago a fierce storm arose which lasted many hours through the night, Many trees fell across the main road knocking down Electric wires and telephone wires and walls. it rained many hours through the storm and flooded many places.
