If the sky is red in the morning there will be wet weather.
A blue sky without any clouds is a sign of good weather.
If there is a ring around the moon a storm is coming
    soon.
If the stars are bright and twinkling it is freezing.

from the direction that the star shoots.
If the seagulls fly inland there is going to be stormy
    weather.
The sea roars when there is going to be bad weather.
