    rests on the top of his head. He has tiny little feet, which are covered with shoes having pointed toes. He makes and mends these shoes in the moonlight, under the shade of a big tree. He is very fond of woods.
    His hammering can he heard on a moonlight night. He works with a very small golden hammer. He sits on a púca peil no seilice búrc. He works all night long when the moon is shining. It is said, that he is the shoemaker for all the fairies.
    Nobody ever caught him in this district, but several saw him, and as they thought walked very close to them.
