    I know wee Hugh Mc Ginty, but he's of little note
    I often see him drinking with a hen beneath his coat
    I wished he would keep sober and take the pledge like me
    Its foolish and its sinful to be always on the spree.

    This is all my story and all I have to say
    There is a lot of work to do for this is bathing day,
    I have the men to shave and bath- some against their will,
