- In Owenbuoy there is the "house of a goose" It is situated among rocks, and is made of stone.
It is said that once upon a time there lived a goose. Men made this house for her, and she stayed in it at night. As was usual, she went out for food in daylight, and when she returned, she laid a golden egg.
