- Long ago there were fairies in Ireland. When they were in Donegal they used to be seen on Crockglas mountain among the rocks.
They used to be seen in the moon-light nights. When they would come out they would run around the houses and dance and sing.
The women of them were dressed in red clocks and the men were dressed with red trousers and green coats.- Collector
