    king of the birds. All the birds follow the cuckoo because they think that it is a hawk. The singing birds are the songthrush, the blackbird, the lark, the starling and the pigeon. The non-singing birds are, the crow, the cuckoo, the magpie, the corncrake, the sparrow, the wagtail, the linnet, the wren, the chaffinch, the swallow, the martin, the mistle thrush and the robin.
