   Ballynelly and one Ballybo in the 30 acres of Hugh Dougherty's farm where Moville now stands.

   But the late Mr Robert Nolan told me he had found other definitions in old records such as "a cow and a calf" a "cow and a half". Bishop Reeve says that in some countries a ballybo means as much land as a yoke of oxen could plough in a certain time.

   Ages ago in a small cabin situated near the top of bruck-an-um there dwelt a lonely man commonly known as Pat the Fiddler on account of the great love he had for that instrument and the heavenly music he could draw forth from it.
