Sweet Innishowen you're renowned in story,
Your silvery brooks and your rippling rills,
In Saint Patrick's time were Owen's glory
While life remains I will love thee still.II

A cap of snow its head doth crown,
Cruck-na-nonain has crystal fountains
That to the Foyle goes a dashing downIII - Sweet Innishowen
