- Here are some of the common herbs, dandelions, nettles, and butter dock. The dandelions cure warts if the milk that is in them is put on the warts. Young nettles when boiled are good for piles. They are boiled for an hour and a half and then put on the piles. A few poultices will cure bad piles.
Weeds spread very quickly. Farmers do not like herbs because they spread. The weeds make the ground very poor. Some herbs wont grow on bad groudn. All herbs have cures in them.- Informant
