    This is how "colours" is played; All the players stand in a line. One of them is picked and she is the angel, another one is chosen for the devil. Another of the players give the remaining one's a colour each. The the angel comes and asks for a colour and the player who gave out the colours asks her what colour she wnats, and if she says one of the players colours she has to chase her about fifty yards. If she catches her she has to go on the angel side. If the devil catches a player the player has to go on the devils side. When they are all caught there is a tug o' war between them.
